Reading at a young age
Ever since we started dating, we have read books together. Sometimes it takes us quite awhile to finish a book but so far we read: A Day No Pigs Would Die (Robert Peck, a young adult classic, guaranteed to make you cry), A Wrinkle in Time (L’Engle is a great writer), White Fang (that was Jon’s suggestion; he’s trying to foster Deb’s love for animals), Mere Christianity, Tuesdays with Morey, Ethan Frome and The Hobbit.
Our goal is to finish Lord of the Rings by Christmas so that we can then see the film when it comes out.
