Laos

We loved Laos - its amazing scenery, the friendly people, the sense that we were among the first to experience it as tourists. What we didn't love so much were the 20 km of uphill stretches that we found ourselves doing in our first days of biking there. But, when all was said and done, we concluded that the six days of biking that we did from Luang Prabang to Vientiane was our favorite of the entire trip.
